Leading our Southern California team, Nick helps bring your space to its full potential using his knowledge on a faster and more accurate approach to construction.
Nick’s expertise spans engineering and materials, project design, planning and management, estimating and adhering to budget and schedule.
He has 10 years of experience in the building industry in the US, UK and Australia, and a degree in Building Surveying & the Environment. Nick has led successful projects for clients in healthcare, government, corporate and creative fields. He has played a vital role in growing our Construction Solutions Division's capabilities and portfolio of successful projects.
Javier is our team’s dedicated designer, as well as a mentor to the CS team. With over 20 years in the industry and 10 dedicated to construction solutions, he is highly adept at finding the ideal combination of solutions to suit the needs of each individual client and project.
His technical expertise with CAD and ICE software allow him to communicate design plans using photo-realistic renderings, ensuring you will fully understand the design for your project, before it goes into production.
ICE calculates precise costs and translates directly into DIRTT's precision manufacturing system. His experience includes successful installations of thousands of linear feet of DIRTT and other prefabricated wall solutions for clients including Yahoo!, Cedars-Sinai, Kaiser and more.
Jerry brings more than 35 years of diverse industry experience including roles in Facility and Building Management, Architectural Solutions, and Project Management.
He acts as Account Manager, PM and AV Consultant for media walls projects nationwide. His deep knowledge and can-do spirit make Jerry a vital part of our team. His numerous certifications and affiliations include PMP, Leadership & Management, BOMA, IFMA and more.
Robert's experience spans over 20 years in construction, walls, and commercial interiors. As a project manager he is our contact with the GC, and oversees planning, budgeting, specification, ordering, tracking, installation, punch, and training for the end user - all the vital details to ensure his projects run smoothly.
Robert is a specialist in DIRTT, Maars, and Lutron products and has managed successful installations for Oakley, Lennar, Kaiser, Yahoo!, Honda and more.
Bob's focus is on details and logistics. He has over 35 years of industry experience, including roles in furniture engineering and also in construction with a focus on tenant improvements and electrical. Bob has successfully managed projects ranging from multi-floor modular wall installations to 2,500 workstation installations - even a project in Tokyo with an assembly crew who spoke no English.
He has played an integral role in successful installations for Pivot projects for Oakley, Disney, AT&T Wireless, Warner Bros, and Universal Studios.
Tom has over 10 years of sales and project management experience in the construction industry. He has managed all types of projects, large and small. He seeks to fully understand his clients’ needs and goals, to ensure that projects are successful.
Tom is an expert at keeping projects on time and on budget. He knows how important open communication is to a project and makes sure it is a top priority. Tom has worked with Health Care, Education, Corporate, and Government projects.
Karam is our dedicated Project Manager for Northern California Construction Solutions Division. He has 20 years of experience in Project Management for Construction and Interior Design, in both the US and Canada. He is a natural creative problem solver and approaches each project with an open mind, proactively planning for all contingencies to ensure his projects are successful.
Karam holds an MBA and a degree in Interior Design. He studied in the US, Canada and Italy.
Brian leads our Northern California Construction Solutions Division. He has 30 years’ experience in architecture, construction and commercial, with 15+ years in modular interior construction. He is versed in design, master planning, product development, project management, strategic planning and technology integration. He has managed diverse teams of industry professionals in Canada, the Middle East and the U.S.
Brian is a LEED AP, member of USGBC, and holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture.
Maria is an eager and passionate designer, driven by her love of art and design. She seeks to understand human behaviors to design spaces that foster wellness and productivity. She is a well-rounded designer who strives to find the right solutions to meet the specific needs of her clients, emphasizing clear communication throughout the process.
Maria holds a BFA in Interior Design and has five years of experience working with corporate clients. She worked for an architecture firm for several years before joining Pivot’s Construction Solutions team. She is versed in all facets of a project, and knows how to drive projects to completion.
