A client since 2014, Lennar has partnered with Pivot and DIRTT to install Interactive Media Walls in the leasing offices and residential common spaces in dozens of Lennar developments throughout the US, adding new locations all the time. Pivot's lead designer created the standard DIRTT design spec replicated in each new location. Our dedicated PM oversees each installation to ensure it goes off without a hitch.

Lennar developed the Colony at the Lakes, a high-end apartment living environment with clubhouse amenities, technology connected community spaces, private conference rooms, library, gaming areas and lounge areas for community use. Combining aesthetics and functionality, creating an entirely new living experience for residents to connect with their community. 10,000 sq ft of private offices, lounge/meeting areas, library, LCD Monitors, background/foreground speakers, Interactive Media Walls, meeting areas with tenant private conference rooms and reservation display systems, Leasing offices and large collaboration areas. ​

Pivot specified and installed DIRTT glass media walls, Planar 84” touch-display monitors, JBL speakers, as well as furniture for offices, task & conference seating, lounge seating and tables, conference tables with power & data, and custom designed furnishings from Herman Miller, MASHstudios, Coalesse, Hightower and more. ​ ​ ​
